I'm getting a little PMSsy, despite how it's the middle of the month. Of course, I can always count on it starting early. Anxiety and fatigue and all that. I didn't even bother to go in and watch M*A*S*H until halfway through the second episode, and it was that damned tontine episode AGAIN. 3rd time I've seen it now, and I came in right as Potter was telling the kid about how fast time goes by.
However, for as little as I saw today, I had some stunning revelations. Okay, that's not entirely true, but I did notice a few things that were cute. First was, of course, the "Do you know what I picked up in Tokyo? Some fudge.", which continues to be one of my favorite lines, like, ever.
And then when Potter asks everyone if they know what a tontine is, of COURSE Charles was standing behind Klinger and they both fit in one shot so very perfectly, and when Charles responds with the definition, Klinger turns to look at him and his eyes are so damned pretty, and he kind of has this "wow, he's so smart" look. Yes, I know, this lasted all of 3 seconds, but if I could get a screencap of that scene, I would so worship it and make icon after icon, because, damn. And did you know that Charles stands next to/behind Klinger the entire time inside Potter's tent? Magnificent, oh so beauteous!! I could so write something taking place after that episode. *_*
Anyway, today was Dad's birthday (the 15th, he's 53 now) and he went to get his license renewed and came back with a haircut. It's weird, it makes him look taller when he's got short hair, because before it was actually just a little longer than mine. No more, though, no more.
I actually did the dishes today, and there were a lot of 'em, indeed there were. :P
